A significant highlight of the event was the formal signing of a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between NDTC and National Chi Nan University on May 6, 2026. Representing NDTC, Fr. Bilbao led the signing ceremony, which marked the beginning of a strengthened partnership focused on student and faculty development, joint research initiatives, academic exchanges, and cross-cultural educational programs.
Further reinforcing its expanding international presence, NDTC also joined the signing of a Multilateral Memorandum of Understanding together with 67 higher education institutions from different parts of the world. This milestone positions the college within a broader network of global academic cooperation and innovation.
Throughout the conference, Fr. Bilbao, Mr. Narciso, and Dr. Bautista actively participated in various parallel sessions, scholarly discussions, and networking engagements with educators, researchers, and institutional leaders from different countries. The discussions centered on emerging trends, innovative educational practices, and collaborative opportunities in higher education, underscoring the vital role of international partnerships in shaping the future of learning institutions.
